Online Financial Aid System

Welcome to Muhlenberg College's Online Financial Aid System. 

Access to the 2024-2025 financial aid portal is not currently available due to delays with the FAFSA this year.  Returning students will receive an email when the financial aid portal and the Muhlenberg College Scholarship and Aid Application for the 2024-2025 academic year is available.  We will also notify you when we hear that the FAFSA is working correctly.  Financial Aid offers will go out later this summer.

To access the online system, enter your Student ID Current Muhlenberg College students, your ID is your Muhlenberg College email address.  Prospective students use your email address submitted to the Common Application or to the financial aid office if you are an inquiry  and your Password in the login box (top right).

If you are a new user to our Online Financial Aid System, you need to activate your account.  Type in your appropriate e-mail address as your Student ID and click on First Time User.  You will be prompted to answer 2 security questions to confirm your identity.  Then create your Password.  If you have forgotten your Password, Click on Forgot Your Password.  Once you answer your security questions, you will be able to create a new Password.  If you are having difficulty or receive the error message IA click here for some troubleshooting advice http://muhlenberg.edu/media/contentassets/pdf/about/finaid/Code%20IA.pdf 

Six unsuccessful login attempts will lock you out and deny you access to the Online Aid System and you will need to contact the Office of Financial Aid to unlock your account.

If it has been longer than 60 days since you last logged in, instead of typing your password click on forgot your password.  This is how you will reset it.  For more assistance click HELP in the top right corner of this page.
